Stefanie Haining is a Brooklyn-based artist whose work explores the intersection of identity, memory, and material. With a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, Stefanie spent over two decades as a creative and retail design director in the fashion and beauty industries before returning to her roots as an artist.

Working primarily in ceramics, she creates sculptural and functional objects that reinterpret keepsakes and pop-culture artifacts, examining how personal histories become embedded in physical form. Her work invites viewers to consider the emotional resonance of everyday objects and the ways we shape—and are shaped by—our possessions.

When not in the studio, Stefanie finds inspiration in the woods of Upstate New York, where she often escapes to with her husband Richard and their dog Bowie.
